Students, former students, and families can use this form to request transcripts, diploma verification, or other student records from Paterson P-TECH High School or Panther Academy.
Before You Begin
Please have the following information available:
Student information
Your name while attending Paterson Public Schools, date of birth, student ID number if available, years attended, and class year.
Contact information
Current address, email, and telephone number.
Delivery information
The complete mailing or email address for the recipient of the records.
Identification
A valid picture ID is required as part of the request process.
Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for requests to be processed.
